PROJECT STAGES
What does our interior design service include?
A complete analysis of your existing space including storage, lighting, data, power and air conditioning. We'll look at your spaces, working space, meeting rooms, breakout / kitchen areas. These are all elements that need to be taken into account when looking at how your space is being used and how it could be used.
Interior Space Analyzes And Planning
We'll present our concept to you through 2D, 3D planning & visualisation. space planning showing how your space can work more efficiently, making maximum use of the areas available.
Mood Board
We'll then create a mood board showing all of the materials and textures from the designs through samples that you can touch and feel.
Interior Furnishings
Furnishings are a key element to any space design. we have great buying power on most manufacturers on the market. We'll put forward a range of stylish and practical furniture that will not only impress your clients and staff but look stunning within your new space.
3D visualisations
Once you are happy with our concepts, we'll produce a range of 3D visualisations which will allow you to walk around you new space and get a real feel of how it will look when the project is complete. We find this is the perfect opportunity to fine tune the designs to make sure that the end result is perfect.
Working Drawings
You're happy with the designs and ready to go ahead. At this stage we produce all the working drawings for the different elements of your space interior. These typically include lighting, power / data / electrical, air conditioning, fire exit routes etc.
Dedicated Team
Every project is unique - requires a tailored team approach. On appointment we assign a Design Director to manage your project and engage specific skills to meet the individual project challenges.
From the development of initial designs and concepts, through to manufacture, shipment to site and installation by our engineers, our project management team closely monitors all aspects of the build, ensuring an on time, on budget result with emphasis on quality and will keep you up-to-date with progress and get your feedback on completed stages.
